As a member-owned electric power cooperative, Warren County REMC’s operations are governed by a board of directors. Our directors are elected by members to represent them when making decisions about the services we provide.

Process for Director Nominations and Election
  • Appoint Nominating Committee – November
  • Any member that wants to petition to be on the ballot must provide the REMC paperwork not less than 75 days before the Annual Meeting.  See Article III Section 4 of Bylaws for paperwork need for nomination process.
  • Nominees will be listed in the monthly newsletter
  • Nominees will be posted at the REMC office at least 20 days prior to the Annual meeting
